    CORPORATE SOLICITOR - NEWCASTLE - 1+PQE

    BCL Legal are excited to be working with this fantastic law firm, on their latest Corporate Solicitor vacancy.


    This esteemed firm is seeking a dedicated legal professional with 1-10 years post-qualification experience (PQE) to enrich their corporate team.

    The role demands a sharp legal mind with a robust understanding of corporate law, including mergers, acquisitions, and disposals.

    The successful candidate will play a crucial role in shaping the future of various businesses through expert guidance on funding agreements, banking arrangements, and the intricacies of joint venture and shareholder agreements.


    The firm places a high emphasis on the importance of LLPs and partnerships, and as such, requires a solicitor with a solid grasp of business restructuring advice.

    Additionally, the role involves navigating the complexities of private equity, venture capital, and management buy-outs, as well as drafting and negotiating a wide array of commercial contracts.
