You will be able to demonstrate anunderstanding of training procedures and protocols (quality assurance)
Good levels of IT literacy with experience of delivery of learning using digital platforms
Deliver mental health and wellbeing training courses to a high standard.
Support continuous improvement plans for Mental Health and Wellbeing by participating as required in review sessions with stakeholders along with the Mental Health Training Partners, National Training Manager and Head of Mental Health Training.
Maintain and build competency by undertaking relevant upskilling to be able to deliver evolving and additional training across a diverse delivery modelConduct peer to peer training observations and IQA observations (if applicable) observations as required, including across other internal stakeholders.
