    • Kent area who are looking for an experienced, hands on Workshop Supervisor.
    You will have previous experience working within a metal fabrication / manufacturing experience as you will be leading a team of around 25 people.

    You will need to have previous line management experience and be confident supporting any training needs; delivering yearly reviews; absence management and handling any disciplinaries.

    To be successful as the Workshop Supervisor, you will have / be:
