The Managing Director is creating a new role for an experienced Senior Financial Adviser to head the financial planning department, overseeing its operations and development.
This role requires an entrepreneurial spirit, a strong track record in business development, and a client-centric approach grounded in honesty and integrity.
The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to engage with the existing client base, building relationships and driving new business through networking and referrals.
This role requires a Level 4 Diploma in financial planning, with Chartered status as a plus, though not essential. Further opportunities for growth are available through planned acquisitions and client portfolio expansion.The salary range for this position is between £100,000 and £150,000, with additional performance-based bonuses and ongoing fees over time.
The firm also offers a staff equity program, providing the potential for uncapped earnings.Realistic on-target earnings (OTE) could reach £200,000 within the first 18 months, with the flexibility to work from home after an initial period of office-based familiarisation.
