    A Day in the Life


    Your main responsibilities will involve initiating sales conversations with potential customers over the phone, employing engaging questioning techniques to maintain dialogue momentum, and carefully listening to customer needs to foster repeat sales. You'll be tasked with gathering and documenting customer information, including payment details, purchase history, and feedback on products. Staying informed about our full range of products and promptly informing customers about new additions will be crucial. Additionally, you'll play a key role in addressing customer inquiries about our products and services.

    Duties:

    ·Initiate sales calls with potential customers and maintain engaging conversations.

    ·Listen attentively to customer needs for repeat sales.

    ·Gather and document customer information, including payments and product feedback.

    ·Stay updated on products and inform customers about new offerings.

    ·Provide prompt answers to customer queries.

    ·Meet sales quotas and conversion KPIs.

    Skills & Attributes:

    ·Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

    ·Demonstrate a professional telephone manner and confidence in interacting with clients both over the phone and face-to-face.

    ·Exhibit creative thinking abilities.

    ·Show patience and proficiency in engaging customers in meaningful conversations.

    ·Demonstrate strong sales acumen.

    ·Have a working knowledge of relevant computer software.

    ·Display excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.

    ·Showcase attention to detail and adeptness in prioritizing workloads.

    ·Demonstrate resilience in handling rejection and managing stress in customer solicitation.

    Hours of Work:

    Full time 37.5 hours p/w
