Commercial Accountant - Doncaster - To £50,000

Chase & Holland are proud to be working with a well-respected, market leading manufacturing business in Doncaster who are looking to recruit a Commercial Accountant to support the Commercial Finance Manager.

Responsibilities will include:

Business partnering the board of directors, sales managers and contracts managers
Weekly & Monthly management reporting on commercial performance
Develop reporting and analysis to drive commercial understanding
Price and competition analysis
Updating and maintaining pricing, including implementing price increases and setting up new pricing
Reviewing buying trends and profitability
Evaluation of new products, tenders and business opportunities
Sales and margin projections
Monthly forecasting and present at internal meetings
Provide variance analysis actual v budget and forecasting, highlighting any risks and opportunities
Managing customer discounts and rebates
Finalist or Qualified CIMA/ ACCA Accountant
Previous experience in commercial accounting role
Good communicator and ability to translate the numbers into operational & commercial strategy
Driven and self starter
Able to demonstrate the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
