- Develop and enforce data governance policies, define data standards, and implement processes to ensure clean and accurate master data.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop a comprehensive data migration strategy, map data from source systems to Salesforce, cleanse data for accuracy, oversee data transformation, and test the migration for completeness.
- Ensure adherence to data compliance regulations, including GDPR considerations.
- Develop communication plans, address data-related issues, and keep everyone informed throughout the project.
