    Description

    We are seeking to appoint a committed and talented Cover Supervisor to join us.

    You will be required to cover classes in the absence of the teacher, including unplanned absence and/or planned absence due to the allocation of PPA time. You will work alongside teachers to plan and teach exciting and engaging learning opportunities.

    To be successful, you will be able to demonstrate a range of teaching and behavioural management techniques that facilitate a learning experience that provides pupils with the opportunity to achieve high standards.

    You will also possess:

  • A graduate degree with an interest in the teaching profession
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels
  • The ability to engage constructively with and relate to a wide range of young people from different backgrounds
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team In this role, you will work 37 hours per week, term time only (39 weeks). This is a temporary contract for one year. About us
