This presents a fantastic opportunity for a talented head chef to lead an authentic Nepalese restaurant and a convenient grab-and-go concept in Borough market. This marks a thrilling addition to the area with promising future locations within the group.

You will actively participate, preparing top-notch ingredients in a dynamic and efficient service setting. Managing a small team of chefs throughout service and reporting to the upper management. Your responsibility will involve instructing and inspiring your back-of-house team while consistently upholding high standards throughout the establishment.

An open kitchen setup is available, capable of serving up to 450 customers during peak hours with freshly prepared steamed Momos.

This role would be ideal for a head chef with previous experience in a bustling branded restaurant, familiarity with back-of-house administration, expertise in high-end fast-paced service, and preferably exposure to Nepalese cuisine.
