- Prepare and submit detailed cost estimates, incorporating labour, materials, and other expenses using our client's CRM and quotation system.
- Collaborate with engineering, workshop, and planning teams to develop profitable quotations aligned with customer demands.
- Monitor cost variations and project specifications, adjusting budgets accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all estimates, ensuring regular updates in CRM.
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, OR Level 5 qualification in a relevant field.
- Proven experience as an estimator, preferably in an environment dealing with safety equipment and height-related projects.
- Understanding of financial and project management principles.
- Strong technical skills, including use of cost estimation, project management, and CAD software.
- Proficient in MS Office.
