- To manage and develop Support Services, ensuring the provision of high-quality services within budget.
- Manages the maintenance of all hospital assets within the Capital Expenditure Budget.
- Identifies budget needs and submits proposals to MD with the Regional Finance Manager.
- Ensures correct management of functional spends and identifies any potential overspends on a weekly basis.
- Project manages local capital expenditure if required, ensuring best value.
- Lead on-site for building improvements or projects, including new builds.
- Manages contractors on-site to ensure timely completion of tasks within budget.
- Implements Priory policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with standards.
- Maintain health and safety documentation as needed and conduct safety checks.
- Co-ordinates Health & Safety reporting directly to the Hospital Director.
