_About the Role_:

The Office Services Assistant Apprentice role is an important role within our Property Management team.

The overall objective is to support our payment desk by completing delegated office duties in a professional, timely and efficient manner.

Core tasks within this role include;

  • Inbound and outbound post collection and distribution
  • Incoming Post Scanning
  • File Opening and Closing (via the Client and Matter Inception process)
  • Obtaining and Filing Documents from the Land Registry
  • Other Administrative duties to support the fee earners in the team

_About you_:


This role would suit an Office Assistant who demonstrates good communication skills and has a keen interest in developing their knowledge in Property Law.

You must have GCSE Maths and English Grades We are looking for someone who is both reliable and professional, with excellent communication skills and a willingness to undertake all types of work delegated to you to ensure office duties are completed in a timely, efficient and accurate manner.

We want someone who is able to work well as part of a wider team, but also be comfortable working independently.
