    Project Development Manager:

    Culture and Heritage to join us on a full time, fixed term contract for a period up to 15 months until October 2025.

    As

    Culture and Heritage you will be joining our in-demand Arts, Music and Cultural Venues service.

    Culture and Heritage District.

    As a

    Project Development Manager:
    Culture and Heritage you'll be joining our Glasgow Life Arts & Music team. We provide people with valuable and meaningful experiences through arts and music.     As a

    Project Development Manager:
    Culture and Heritage you'll be an integral part of the team by leading the coordination of the development phase of

    Sauchiehall Street:
    Culture and Heritage District, which is supported by the National Lottery Heritage Fund.

    Reporting to Senior Projects and Programme Manager and working alongside new and existing colleagues as part of a newly established team.

    If you're interested in joining us as a

    Project Development Manager:
    Culture and Heritage, you'll need:
    A relevant qualification in a culture or heritage discipline
    Experience of capital project development and arts commissioning

    Understanding of the complexities found in culture and heritage projects and be able to identify a range of approaches/solutions to ensure project success.

    Experience of planning complex projects taking account of multiple funding sources and stakeholders and effectively reporting progress, risks and issues.

    Some of our roles are currently piloting hybrid working, with teams working between the office and home. Our Albion Street office has great links to public transport.

    Important Dates:
    Closing date Sunday 28th April and interviews are provisionally scheduled for Thursday 9th and Friday 10th May.

    For Fixed Term Roles - If offer is made to internal employee (Glasgow Life or Council Family), at the end of the temporary period, eligible employees, if agreed will have a right to return to a role at their substantive grade within the council family.

    A holiday allowance of 30 days plus 6.5 public holidays (for full-time roles). Membership of the Local Government Pension Scheme - which pays 19.Discounted Glasgow Club membership and money off in our museum shops and online store
