Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work with multiple stakeholders across the business to identify their needs and shape this into a holistic, coordinated marketing strategy and plan to deliver against the commercial objectives of the business
- With the other senior marketers within the team, oversee the delivery of this plan creating one view of activity
- Responsible for developing channel strategy, objectives and success measures
- Responsible for working with key stakeholders to align said strategies to the product roadmap and customer insight
- You will keep up to date with key insights from customer satisfaction surveys, analyse the results, and make recommendations on opportunities to leverage/scale initiatives and best practices
- Lead marketing efforts to drive retention, customer loyalty, advocacy, growth and community participation
- You will be the first point of contact for all marketing support
- Collaborate with regional (international) marketing teams to scale and localise strategies where relevant
- You will manage and run the quarterly marketing planning sessions ,including forward planning and previous quarter performance/learning reviews
- Continually measure, monitor and drive improvement in strategic approaches; employ industry best practices and look for opportunities to increase effectiveness and efficiency
- Provide regular insights on customer and competitor trends
- Align and partner with key stakeholders across Sales and Marketing to develop customer marketing that connect sales with customers and help them grow
- Support the head of department in managing and centrally holding the marketing planning process, working with other functions and the wider marketing team, and also establishing and managing a proactive, positive governance process for the ongoing creationof the marketing plan
- Be a leader and a champion of all marketing activities and be an ambassador for the global brand and global marketing strategy
- Work as a committed member of the Global Marketing Team, sharing responsibility for projects as needed including sales enablement, targeted customer marketing, regional marketing, event management and product marketing
- You will increase revenue and customer engagement by implementing industryleading marketing campaigns and promotional activities across your channels
- Work closely with team members from all regions to understand their specific objectives and create marketing plans in line with them
- Actively participate in the global planning and budgeting process determining investments for financial year plan
