    Denholm is excited to collaborate with one of Scotland's most dynamic and inspiring strategic brand and communications agencies, who are seeking their first full-time Marketing Manager to join a rapidly expanding team.

    Currently, due to a growing and diverse portfolio of global clients - many of which operate in a regulated environment - this innovative agency requires a skilled B2B Marketing Manager to elevate their marketing/brand activities to the next level.

    Collaborating with internal teams, you'll play a crucial role in developing the brand, strategy, and execution to achieve key company objectives.

    Above all, you'll embody the agency's values of precision, curiosity, and agility to establish strong and long-lasting consultative relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

    What you'll be doing:

    • Understand positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing strategies.
    • Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish.
    • Analyze customer insights, B2B trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to ensure the strategy is effective and delivers results.
    • Create, maintain, and analyze analytics reporting to extract key insights.
    • Prepare and deliver the agency's marketing plan across all channels, including events, social media, thought leadership, personal brand development for the agency founders, and more.
    • Manage and create content to facilitate client onboarding/development, sales collateral, and more.
    • Develop creative briefs and provide guidance on creative direction within the team across various marketing assets - editorial, motion, design, etc.
    • Regularly present ideas and deliverables regarding marketing activities and budget requirements.
    • Gather client and market insights to drive strategy, aiming to generate more qualified leads and enhance the current client base.
    • Ensure the coherence and relevance of communications and messaging.
    • Evaluate the effectiveness/impact of marketing initiatives and optimize for future campaigns.
    • Proofread, edit, and write copy - especially for social media posts.

    Who we're looking for:

    • 2+ years of Marketing Agency experience.
    • A strong grasp of project management processes.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proactivity and dynamism.
    • Capability to coordinate multiple projects across various clients effectively.
    • Strong creative and editorial skills - ability to comprehend brand identity, clients, and convey messages effectively at the right times.
    • An organized and meticulous approach to work with exceptional attention to detail.
    • Team player - comfortable working in a creative agency setting.
    • Proven track record in developing and implementing marketing plans and campaigns.
    • The ability to represent the agency in a professional manner.
