Vehicle Technician / Forklift Engineer, Workshop

Location: West Bromwich

Salary: Up to £36k Basic (DOE) + great benefits listed below:

Our client is a leading company in the Material Handling industry. They are seeking individuals with versatile skills from various backgrounds like:

Forklift Engineering
Automotive - Vehicle Technicians or Roadside Recovery
Armed Forces - e.g. REME
Agricultural or Construction Plant
HGV, LGV, or PSV

You will receive top-notch training to excel in your role. Working in a Workshop, you will be responsible for maintaining your own Bay. Your responsibilities will include:

Servicing, maintaining, and attending breakdowns of forklift trucks.
Diagnosing electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic faults.

Requirements for this position include:

Full UK driving licence (less than 6 points)
Experience in repairing wheeled vehicles.
NVQ Level 3 or Equivalent in a relevant engineering field would be advantageous.
Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
Customer-focused approach to work.
