The Trust currently has an opportunity for an interim HR Business Partner.

Some of the key responsibilities of the role will include being a change agent and champion both innovation and continuous improvement across the organisation.

You will lead programmes of work to deliver culture change and project work within the People strategy, supporting our response to the NHS People Promise and NHS People Plan and lead on policy design and implementation within areas of responsibility such delivering a programme of work to improve retention across our workforce enabling us to attract and retain the best people.

Above all, you will be an integral part of the operational team you support, understanding the operational management of life in an acute trust and using your professional knowledge to enhance working practice for the benefit of patients.

This is a maternity post so appointment will be up to 6 months
