A fantastic opportunity has arisen for this reputable Law firm with offices in Leeds City Centre. Seeking a receptionist, the main purpose of this role is to provide a high quality, professional receptionist service.

Answering calls on behalf of all theUK's offices, working closely with the reception team, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients and suppliers and ensure that any enquiries are dealt with efficiently and courteously.

This is a busy role that will include the followingresponsibilities:


  • Answering telephone calls in a professional manner and directing to relevant offices
  • Greeting clients, staff, and suppliers in a professional manner
  • Managing the room booking diary via MS Outlook
  • Setting up and clearing meeting rooms, including lunch/refreshments as required
  • Ordering lunches from external suppliers
  • Ensuring the reception area and kitchen are clean and tidy at all times
  • Taking delivery of post and packages, informing the appropriate member of staff in a timely fashion
  • Ad hoc administration support
  • Minimum of 6 months Reception experience
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work as part of a team, as well as on own initiative
  • Proactive in managing own workload
  • Time management skills
  • Flexibility to take on other duties
