UK REMS HRBP
Job description:
To lead the People & Culture (P&C) function for 3 (three) UK REMS sites located in Dunfermline, Newcastle and Portsmout
Liaise with managers both locally and globally and instrumental in driving forward HR initiatives and strategy, promoting best practice and ensuring compliance to HR policies.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners of others BU and locations.
Main Accountabilities
- Contribute to organizational effectiveness through active participation in REMS Leadership Team; Operational Site Head Team and Trade Union meetings to influence the HR strategy in respect of the people, aligned to the business strategy. Active Operational Board member.
- Partner with Support Functions ( Finance, Legal, Compliance, etc.) for effective integration of HR operations, initiatives, policies into regional/countryspecific needs, such as budgets, compliance and regulatory requirements
- Partner with HRBPs and senior business leaders to ensure organization designs and changes to structures support the strategic direction of the business
- Manage the UK HR team, oversee the full spectrum of HR functions and main point of contact for all HR related matters
- Continually look for ways to align service to the Company culture and improve the employee experience enhancing productivity and engagement with the company. Lead change management and organizational development
