    Permanent Position

    Education Personnel is seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Computer Science to lead our innovative department at our esteemed school in Long Eaton.

    General duties of the Head of Computer Science will be:

    • Provide strategic leadership and vision for the computer science department, driving excellence in teaching and learning.
    • Develop and implement a dynamic and relevant computer science curriculum that prepares students for success in an increasingly digital world.
    • Lead and inspire a team of dedicated computer science educators, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and professional growth.
    • Utilize cutting-edge technology and resources to enhance the teaching and learning experience, promoting creativity, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
    • Establish strong partnerships with industry and community stakeholders to provide students with real-world learning opportunities and pathways to future careers in computer science.

    Candidates for this role must possess a proven track record of leadership in computer science education and hold relevant qualifications and certifications.

    We are seeking individuals who are passionate about computer science and possess the vision and drive to lead our department to new heights of success.
