Power Platform Architect

SPG Resourcing is working with a top global insurance company to recruit a Power Platform Architect to help with the implementation of the Power Platform suite.
Job Description:
We are in search of a skilled Power Platform Architect to take a pivotal role in designing, customizing, and creating unique applications using Microsoft Power Platform.
You will collaborate closely with Business Operations teams, Solution Architects, and Engineering Chapters to offer technical guidance, leading the setup and development of top-notch deliverables.
Furthermore, you will be responsible for overseeing, coaching, and nurturing a small team of technical professionals, making sure their performance and professional growth align with the company's objectives.
Responsibilities:
Define and steer the strategy for Microsoft Power Platform's implementation in accordance with business and technological roadmaps.
Work with Business Operations teams to establish efficient and secure self-service applications.
Lead the creation of intricate .Net applications in collaboration with Engineering leads.
Set standards and procedures for internal and external suppliers, ensuring compliance and addressing issues when necessary.
Design, deliver, manage, and provide support for core cloud and DevOps platforms.
Implement governance processes to ensure deployed services meet quality and security standards.
Requirements:
Thorough understanding of Microsoft Azure Cloud.
Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform, including PowerApps, PowerBI, Power Automate, and Power Pages.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with background in leadership and career development.
Capability to mentor and persuade engineers.
Proficiency at Expert level certification (e.g., Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect) is a plus.
Experience in .Net development is beneficial.
