The Role:


The Studio team is made up of Creative and Production teams with a combined 250+ people across London, LA and Singapore who bring the Moonbug Brands' to life through short-form Animated and Live Action content which is distributed across all major global streaming platforms and local channels.

We are looking for a
Technical Asset Coordinator who will provide technical media asset support throughout the Studio team.

With a generalist understanding of media Assets, Audio, Video and GFX/VFX they will be at the forefront of making sure that all content is fit for delivery to streaming platforms and exhibitors around the world.

This is a demanding and fast-paced role with growth potential that requires curiosity and significant initiative.


Key responsibilities:


  • Visual and aural QC and interrogation of master assets
  • Working on a variety of assets and deliverables format and specifications
  • Preforming technical QC and managing automated systems
  • Understanding of various video and audio codecs
  • Conforming, encoding and transcoding of assets
  • Supervising asset management and delivery into internal catalogue
  • Technical asset support for Distribution, Production, Post-Production and Localisation teams
  • Working with wider organisation to improve workflows and asset management

Requirements:


Desired Skills:


  • Solid grasp of filmmaking production language and techniques
  • Ability to interpret data
  • Good judgment and strong critical thinking skills
  • Proven communication skills; articulate and professional both in written and verbal
  • Attention to detail and ability to problem solving in a timely manner
  • Comfortable understanding of media technology and keeping up to date with industry specification and norms
  • Working knowledge of timelinebased video editing and digital audio workstation software such as: Premiere Pro, Avid, Pro Tools and Logic
  • Basic knowledge of animation and compositing software such as After Effects, Maya and Blender
  • A grasp of live action production and postproduction workflows
  • Experience with Windows and Mac OS
  • Ability to work proactively and independently under tight timeframes in a fastpaced environment
  • High level of organisation and ability to timemanage across multiple deadlines

Desired qualifications and experience:


  • 1+ year's experience Media Production, QC and mastering experience
  • Degree in Media production or Film
