    THE ROLE

    We are looking for a Paid Media Coordinator to oversee internal and client media campaigns, mainly focusing on Google Ads Manager and other advertising platforms. From developing campaign strategies to performance reporting, you will handle it all. This role involves working with major brands in kids' and family entertainment, collaborating with teams in London and Los Angeles.

    The ideal candidate will engage with various stakeholders, adapt to new tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities with precision and organization. Being a team player and demonstrating initiative are crucial for this dynamic position, offering growth opportunities for motivated individuals.

    Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate and optimize client campaigns, reporting to clients and colleagues.
    • Achieve performance goals for assigned accounts, maximizing ROI on paid social.
    • Develop strategies for internal campaigns to promote Moonbug events and releases on social platforms, conveying insights to the team regularly.
    • Continuously optimize campaigns by refining targeting and refreshing creative elements.
    • Monitor account performance and budget usage consistently.
    • Provide regular reports to clients and internal teams, showcasing campaign results and trends.
    • Collaborate with the commercial team on reporting requirements, delivering updates to clients when necessary.
    • Stay informed about advertising trends, sharing updated best practices with clients and colleagues.

    Requirements:

    • Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Google Ads Manager is preferred.
    • Basic understanding of marketing principles.
    • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Ability to present campaign performance confidently.
    • Fundamental data analysis skills.
    • Knowledge of social and YouTube campaign management.
