Are you passionate about making a difference in people's lives every day? We have a fantastic opportunity for a Registered Manager to lead a motivated team at our client's Stockton-on-Tees Service. Our client is a dedicated provider of living services for adults with disabilities throughout the UK.

As a Registered Manager, you'll be earning an annual salary between £30,000 – £35,000. You'll be part of a forward-thinking company that values diversity and inclusion and is committed to providing the kind of support they would want for themselves and their loved ones.

Our client is an established provider of living services for adults with disabilities in England. They focus on promoting independence within an inclusive community. Their approach is centred around seeing care from the resident's perspective, enabling them to access the choices and rights they deserve.

As the Registered Manager, you will:

Lead a friendly, motivated team
Ensure the service is well maintained, decorated, and furnished to a high standard
Complete audits, staff supervision/appraisal and HR processes such as recruitment, absence management and rota generation
Be confident with MCA and DOLs
Report to the Regional Manager

The ideal Registered Manager candidate will:

Hold a Level 5 NVQ or be working towards it
Have experience in a management or a deputy position
Have experience completing audits, staff supervision/appraisal and HR processes
Be a car driver
Live within easy commuting distance to the service
