    Job Description:
    As an English Teacher, you will spark interest and involve students in the exploration of English literature and language. You will strategize and conduct lessons that nurture a passion for reading, writing, and analytical thinking. This role provides the opportunity to contribute to the educational and personal growth of young learners.
    Key Responsibilities:

    • Plan, organize, and present high-quality English lessons aligned with the curriculum
    • Instruct a variety of subjects such as classic and modern literature, language analysis, and writing abilities
    • Empower students to enhance their reading skills
    • The current English Teacher also oversees Careers at the school
    • Cultivate creativity and efficient communication through written forms
    • Evaluate students' development, establish goals, and offer positive feedback

    Requirements:

    • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in English or relevant teaching certification
    • Thorough knowledge of the subject and a fervor for English literature and language
    • Capability to motivate and inspire students with varying aptitudes
    • Effective classroom management and organizational skills
    • Dedication to ongoing professional advancement

    All stated pay rates will include 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This listing is for a temporary role. The potential for a permanent position may arise later on. Spencer Clarke Group collaborates with various schools across a broad geographical span. We handle teaching placements in Primary, Secondary, Special Education, and college levels, along with support staff roles in these sectors.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: £155.00-£235.00 per day
