Ashley Kate are working with a international organisation in their search for an interim in-house Recruiter.


You will be part of the resourcing team who are accountable for all permanent resourcing and full life-cycle recruitment activities within the UK from vacancy approval, direct sourcing, supplier and partner engagement, interviewing and onboarding; along withinternal recruitment and the processing of starters and leavers.

What we're looking for

  • Ideally experience gained from working in an internal recruitment or RPO environment (preferably within an HR teaM/Function and with interviewing experience).
oOr, do you have agency recruitment experience but now looking for a move into an inhouse role?

  • Experience using various ATS; or even better Workday experience, this would be great
  • Very strong planning, administration, attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • A proven standout colleague, always proactively willing to offer support to colleagues when needed.
  • Someone with proactive experience of social media; to be an influencer with the social media activities
  • Sound knowledge of employment law and HR issues
  • Fun and engaging.
