Ashley Kate are working with a international organisation in their search for an interim in-house Recruiter.
You will be part of the resourcing team who are accountable for all permanent resourcing and full life-cycle recruitment activities within the UK from vacancy approval, direct sourcing, supplier and partner engagement, interviewing and onboarding; along withinternal recruitment and the processing of starters and leavers.
- Ideally experience gained from working in an internal recruitment or RPO environment (preferably within an HR teaM/Function and with interviewing experience).
- Experience using various ATS; or even better Workday experience, this would be great
- Very strong planning, administration, attention to detail and organisational skills.
- A proven standout colleague, always proactively willing to offer support to colleagues when needed.
- Someone with proactive experience of social media; to be an influencer with the social media activities
- Sound knowledge of employment law and HR issues
- Fun and engaging.
- Own and influence an allocated business area from a resourcing perspective; building strong partner relationships along the way
- The chance to play an active role in interviews and help support your hiring managers, with your knowledge and experience of interviewing
- The opportunity to take a proactive approach to direct hiring
- Grow and develop your working relationship within the wider HR, in particular across Client Facing / HRBP's.
