Are you an experienced administrator with a passion for equality and diversity?

We are seeking a new full time administrator to help with administration of our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion strategy.


So who are we? We are the People and Organisational Development Directorate who support the Trust to meet and develop its public sector duty to promote workforce equality, enhancing patient and staff experience and quality of care.

We can consider compressed hours, agile homeworking and are very happy to discuss other flexible working options.

Interviews will be held on 12thJune 2023, and will be conducted virtually.

The EDI Team is working to ensure that everyone feels able to bring their whole self to work.

This role will support this aim by providing high level administrative support to the EDI team, supporting them in delivering the EDI workplan.

The role will also support the running of our staff networks and promote and administer events held within the Trust.
