- Conduct testing, rectification and fault finding, comparison and appraisal on a portfolio of up and coming products
- Drive projects through to completion and approve launch for new products
- Report findings to stakeholders at multiple levels clearly and concisely
- Conduct safety and performance testing as well as mechanical
- Accurately assessing situations and making critical decisions
- Introduce / Implement new ideas for improvement within the department and product lines
- Engineering Background
- Experience within a similar role
- Strong ability to interpret drawings and technical documents
- Strong knowledge of metrology, inspection methods and equipment
- An understanding of BS/EN standards
- Excellent skills to use the Microsoft Office package
