Short Description
Our client is looking for an organized and with excellent communication to join their team as Senior Client Administrator. You will lead their efforts in providing exceptional service, building strong client relationships, and ensuring seamless operations.


Job Summary:

As a Senior Client Administrator, your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Managing Client Relationships: You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and completing the relevant administration
  • Developing and

Implementing Client Strategies:
You will work closely with clients to develop strategies that align with their goals and objectives

  • Providing Technical Support: You will be responsible for providing technical support to clients, troubleshooting issues, and providing guidance on the use of the company's products or services
  • Training: You may be responsible for training and assisting with the development of junior members of staff

Reporting To:


  • Senior Management
  • Client Services

Qualifications Required:


  • 5 GCSEs or equivalent at grade C or above
  • Part or qualified STEP or equivalent

Experience:


  • At least 3 years in a TCSP administration environment in managing a client portfolio
  • Management
  • Microsoft Office
  • CCH, Viewpoint and Laserfiche would be an advantage but not essential

Training:


  • External and internal training will be provided and encouraged

Hours:

£25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
