    Job Description


    We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to collaborate with the Head Chef in a bustling kitchen environment.

    If you are passionate about personal development and eager to seize opportunities to enhance your skills and expertise whenever possible, you have the potential to forge a lengthy and fulfilling career as a Sous Chef, with the possibility of advancing to the role of Head Chef if desired.

    • Key Responsibilities:
      • Assist in the efficient operation of the kitchen.
      • Identify and address training requirements.
      • Ensure compliance with company regulations.
      • Oversee kitchen operations during service.
      • Maintain required standards.
      • Manage goods ordering and supplier knowledge.
      • Report and address equipment issues.
      • Promote and adhere to safe work practices.
      • Take charge during External Hygiene Audits.
      • Provide comprehensive training for all staff.
      • Demonstrate understanding of team roles.

    Qualifications


    Minimum Level 2 Basic Food Hygiene certification.
