What to expect


Thorntons are market leading property specialists with offices throughout Scotland and our Estate Agency team deliver a first-class service to clients whether they are buying, selling or renting their property.

We are recruiting a Sales Administrator to join our busy Dundee Estate Agency team.

In this role you can expect to:

  • Assist clients to find their ideal home, discussing their requirements and guiding them through each stage of the process
  • Act for clients in the sale of their property, liaising and negotiating with third party agents as required
  • Arrange property viewings
  • Update information on our property case management systems
  • Produce and amend property listings and schedules
  • Liaise with the Property Centre regarding properties for sale and advertising
  • Identify any other services to support clients and referring them to the appropriate person/department internally to assist them

What we're looking for

  • A passion for client service
  • The ability to build great relationships
  • An interest in property
  • Knowledge of the local property market is ideal but not essential
  • A positive attitude
  • Teamworker
  • Good time management and organisational skills
  • The ability to work to deadlines and with multiple clients and properties at the same time
