- Performing daily maintenance responsibilities as part of the responsive repairs and PPM program at Hallam Street Hospital.
- Ensuring the delivery of high-quality maintenance services to our clients.
- Coordinating planned maintenance visits with external contractors.
- Managing site files to ensure compliance with statutory regulations and health & safety protocols.

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Electrician to join our team at Hallam Street Hospital, West Bromwich, part of the NHS Healthcare division. Rydon has built a solid reputation in the maintenance sector, focusing on NHS Hard Facilities Management including responsive repairs and planned/preventative maintenance for over 40 years.
What You'll Be Doing:

Experience Required:
Essential experience in building maintenance, preferably within the NHS or similar healthcare settings. Good technical knowledge of building services maintenance and health & safety procedures required. Electrical qualifications such as 18th edition and Electrical Installations are mandatory.
Additional Skills:
Customer service-oriented, strong interpersonal skills, and proficient in IT (Microsoft Office).
