Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Field Service Engineer based in Liverpool. In this role, you will be in charge of delivering top-notch technical support and maintenance services for coding and marking equipment, involving travel across the UK to ensure clients receive prompt assistance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, commission, and maintain coding and marking equipment at customer sites.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues promptly to minimize client downtime.
- Conduct preventative maintenance and equipment calibration for optimal performance.
- Provide thorough training to clients on product usage and maintenance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address complex issues and foster continuous improvement.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in equipment installations, servicing, and commissioning.
- Preferred engineering background in the coding and marking industry.
- Strong technical aptitude to diagnose and address mechanical, electrical, and software issues.
- Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and schematics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team interaction.
- Readiness to travel extensively across the UK with occasional overnight stays.
- Possession of a valid UK driving license.
