Description
As a Compliance Administrator Supervisor, you will work in a team environment driving standardisation and consistency of the referencing related activity throughout the Swissport Network.
You will carry out specific checks and ensure that screening is completewithin targeted SLA'sPay Rate £27,500 PA
Day to day you will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Create comprehensive, accurate and timely data for customer airlines using the in-house system.
- Monitor and recording of all FEGP (Fixed Electrical Ground Power)
- Monitoring of the billing in FSC
- Close out each day's flights for data entry within agreed time limits.
- Complete Month end billing within agreed time limitations.
- Enter all cargo runs against relevant flights from the Cargo run Sheet.
- Enter additional data for All flights, e.g. Air Start usage, Fork Lift Truck use,Tie Down equipment, Additional pushbacks, double handling.
- Process all unaccompanied minor data which is sent by passenger handling.
- Enter all data relating to deicing conducted, including all adhoc requests and associated paperwork.
- Analyseall invoices via the head office invoicing system (Basware).
- Track and oversee the completion of MATOs using the supplied process.
- Monitor the recording and billing of TOWs and break riding, ensuring all information is entered.
- Develop effective working relationships with the following groups: TRCs, Finance and Planning and other key stakeholders.
- Ensure all head office and station management queries are responded to and resolved in a timely and highly professional manner informing all relevant parties of resolution?
- Analyse head office/Station Management queries to identify areas of improvement to prevent repetition of query and to allow efficient resolution
- Attend?and contribute to monthly team meetings with the OCC Manager and other interested Stakeholders, reviewing overall billing performance of the station.
- Be responsible for and produce reports at the request of the Station Management.?
- Provide weekly/monthly billing reports analysing and detailing any failures along with providing solutions of how they can be rectified.
- Adhoc project management as and when required ie
- FSC
- Complete audits on dispatch paperwork
- Lease closely with stakeholders and keep updated with financial/billing information
- Finalise and audit flight files
- Cross check and audit AAA paperwork
- Address performance issues with agents who fail
- Perform Weekly station Container messages
- Liaise with Authority's and airlines during audits
- Close out and control end of month paperwork
- Accurate and timely processing of billing and reporting?
- Establishing 100% compliance on AAA and flight files and tracking of compliance failings and actioning correctives
- Head Office/Station Management satisfaction both internal and external?
- Recommend improvements in recording of financial information
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year experience of operation ground handling billing principals, and understanding billing processes and reporting
- Excellent oral and written communications;
- Computer literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Access will be considered an advantage;
- Willingness to develop Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fastpaced environment;
- Ability to work closely with other departments and managers; Excellent attention to detail;
