Responsibilities:


  • Capability to be a proactive leader across several programmes simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of endtoend lifecycle change management in a fastpaced environment.
  • Extensive experience delivering compliance advise and indepth knowledge on investment products.
  • Ability to deliver and define changes to the Legal and Compliance Operating Model.
  • Engage with different teams to promote success of programs and project performance or prioritization.
  • Communicate with the legal and compliance team to get technical opinion to provide successful advice.
Experience

  • Demonstrate excellent stakeholder management skills including communication and influencing skills at all levels.
  • Previous experience managing endtoend regulatory and compliance projects.
  • Understanding of Investment products.
