Customer Service Advisor - Part Time (CBP219)

Band D (SCP £23,500 - £24,294 per annum, pro rata

20 hours per week, Monday to Friday 10.00 am to 14.00pm

We deal with a range of enquiries on topics as diverse as; Refuse and Recycling, Licensing, Parking, Housing and Planning and we're looking for people to support us in delivering a quality and professional service.

You will have the ability to work in a fast paced customer service environment and be a positive self
- motivated person with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.


You will need excellent customer service and communication skills to deal with a diverse range of customers and will have the ability to cope in a fast paced environment.
