Our Clients is looking for a Finance Officer
Our Client is a remarkable non profit organisation looking to help families with a range of resources. You would be in a team of 6 covering a range of duties including income and donations.

The role also provides a number of benefits including Annual leaves,pension and an amazing work life balance of 3 days in the office.


As a Core member of the team you will be covering the below duties:

  • Grants expenditure and monthly reconciliation between finance system
  • On a daily basis reconciling and processing mailing receipts
  • Managing daily welfare payments to beneficiaries in liaison and the welfare
  • Process batch & maintain CAF donations
  • Banking and recording for all events and managing the income collection
  • Cash Handling procedures
  • Bank reconciliations for all bank accounts on a timely basis
  • Reallocate online giving to the appropriate income stream in liaison with the Database Administrator.
  • Reallocate Facebook payments in liaison with the Events Assistant.
  • Submit and allocate Gift aid
  • Review charity bank accounts as and when required
  • Collecting Direct Debit donations on a regular basis and liaising with the Database team for its administration.
  • Processing and batching of credit card donations.
  • Preparation & daily banking of receipts.
