Administrator - Southport PR- Permanent - £21,000 - £23,000
My client is an established name within the property/construction field.

They are based in great offices on the outskirts of Southport (with free parking) Due to continued growth and the winning of new contracts, my client are looking to appoint an Administrator on a permanent basis.

Fantastic opportunity.

Based in the main office, your key duties will include:

  • Accurate data input into project software
  • Handling incoming calls and resolving queries
  • Producing Health and Safety files for sites
  • Organising meetings and events
  • Processing orders for sites equipment needed etc.
  • Scanning, photocopying, filing etc.
Please note, this list in not exhaustive. This is a varied role and will require somebody who has experience working in a fast-paced environment.

In order to be considered for this role you
MUST:

  • Have a minimum of 2 years' administrative experience
  • any experience within the construction sector will be a huge benefit
  • Be an excellent team player

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
