Contract:
Fixed Term until July 2023, Part Time 0.7 FTE

Hours:
Monday to Thursday

Salary:
£19,979 - £21,399 pro rata

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Health and Care Administrator within the Health and Social Care department at Cardiff and Vale College.

This role will be based at the Barry Campus.

Responsibilities include:

To respond to enquiries and requests for information accurately, quickly, and professionally.
To liaise with the Faculty Registrar. the Centre's Manager and Marketing Deportment to ensure that all course information sheets are displayed on the website and are accurate at all times.
To liaise with the Centre Manager. Estates and HR lo provide Centre staff with appropriate resources to undertake their duties effectively. This includes providing staff with access to their class and workrooms. photocopiers. network and basic teaching aids. including ID cards. In addition. the Administrator is responsible for ensuring relevant resources are returned to the College when a member of staff leaves.
To act as the main point of contact for the Centre relating to administrative support, i.e., filing, photocopying. faxing, maintaining departmental files and databases, learner references, proof or attendance, stationery orders. telephone enquiries and minuting of Centre meetings as necessary.
To assist with any necessary administration regarding work placements.
To assist the team of assessors and quality assurers to ensure the necessary tracking of client's progress is conducted effectively.
Welsh language skills would be desirable for this role.
