The Project
As the Production Manager you will provide operational support to projects within the designated branch.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for the management of the trades, service control and man power planning to achieve agreed KPI's and cost value ensuring continuous improvements.
You will develop excellent relationships with internal teams and client representatives, supporting the General Manager in achieving agreed departmental budget and ensuring compliance with all internal and external policies including Health, Safety and Environmental.

Essential and Desirable Criteria
Essential Criteria:
Knowledge of H&S legislation
Working Knowledge of CDM and Building Regs
Man Management skills
Proven management skills
Good interpersonal skills
'Can do' attitude
IT Literate
Driving License
Desirable Criteria:
Understanding of Partnering and open book practices
Relevant professional qualifications
Exposure to financial information including P&L
