    Are you seeking your next role within education?


    Empowering Learning are delighted to be working with a school in the NG9 (Beeston) area who are looking to appoint an EYFS Teaching Assistant to work on a full time basis within their Early Years Team.

    The school is based close to the city centre and has excellent transport links. The school has recently appointed a new headteacher who has a passion for all things EYFS. The working hours will be 08:30-15:30 and will be Monday - Friday.

    Supporting the teaching and learning within the EYFS unit
    Providing personal care when necessary
    Using outdoor space to encourage learning through play
    Providing 1:1 support to children who present with additional needs
    Leading small academic interventions around basic maths and literacyThe school are looking for someone who:

    Has experience working within EYFS or a nursery setting
    Has previously delivered some sort of phonics to children
    Can build relationships with children and staff
    Is able to support pupils with special educational needs
