    Tadaweb is hiring a Customer Success Manager for its emerging corporate sector business.

    This is a high performing, mid-career, self-starting individual contributor who will have a client-facing role in support of clients based initially in UK (but growing globally) who utilize Tadaweb's SaaS platform to make their OSINT investigations more effective and efficient.

    This role will be based in our London Office in Angel and require around 25% travel to meet with customers in UK (mostly London) and more broadly as the business grows.

    You will train and mentor our customers on our platform to deliver maximum value on open-source data collection and analysis.

    You will work closely with prospective customers to help them evaluate the Tadaweb platform and understand its value
    You will be problem solving daily and helping customers with use cases that push what is technically possible.
    You will research, explore and help implement new technologies to help our customers

    Experience with collection of Publicly Available Information (PAI), production of OSINT and/or OSINF, internet investigations, or thorough online research either in or engaged with commercial entities
    Strong entrepreneurial drive, comfortable preparing and delivering product demonstrations, training workshops and customer briefs.
    A passion for both international current affairs and information technology advancements.
    An ethical, legal and transparent approach to data collection.
    Ability to obtain and maintain a basic level of security clearance relevant to our commercial customers.
    Fluent in English (spoken and written) with other languages desirable

    You get bonus points if you have any of the following:
    Exposure to social network analysis, and knowledge of clear, deep and dark web investigation.
    Experience in the Financial Services or Insurance sectors
    Experience as an all source analyst, business intelligence analyst or, with financial investigations.
    Experience working within a SaaS or digital consultancy environment.
    Experience with data analytics, or data and network analysis.
