    Sales Executive Exeter £27825 plus up to £20k commisson Permanent Working hours am - 5.15pm) working 5 days out of Thursday

    A leading Property Reisidental Developer has a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Executive to work in their Exeter location.

    Offering an fantastic opportunity to develop and proguess within a sales team to oversee the sales of new homes to customers in Devon.

    You will be responsible for generating sales leads and providing a high level of Customer Service.


    Responsibilities and duties will include:
    Looking after the show house and sales officeQualifying potential customers and assisting them accordingly, showing them around show houses/plots and developmentsBuilding and maintaining positive relationships with the customers and assisting them in their journey to buying a new homeKeeping contact with Solicitors/agents and be proactive in completing the salePromoting any extras and providing high level of customer service at all timesMarketing developments and attending events as and when requiredUndertaking market research and business development and to ensure maximum revenue What's required :Experience of delivering sales ideally within Property/Estate agencyUnderstands the property and construction marketHas experience of maintaining relationships with customersCan demonstrate ability to negotiate and maximum salesPassionate about delivering a high level of serviceCan work to targets and can work using your own initiativeHave a full driving licenceThis is a fantastic opportunity to be had with an amazing salary package and beneifts to include Private Healthcare for yourself and family - Life Assurance ,employer pension contributions, Medicash Health Cash Back Scheme, Cycle to work scheme and career developmentIf you are looking for a new challenge or a new exciting career within property/New homes please get in touch today
