- Inspecciona los productos de manera visual, dimensional y funcional de acuerdo a los procedimientos aplicables vigentes, para garantizar que cumplan con los estándares y especificaciones que garanticen la calidad del mismo.
- Monitorea periódicamente la calidad de los productos durante las diferentes etapas de producción, inspeccionando muestras de producto, revisando parámetros de operación de las máquinas y equipos, verificando el correcto llenado de los registros de calidad, para asegurar el cumplimiento de los procedimientos.
- Asesora al personal operativo utilizando el muestrario de defectos y los procedimientos aplicables para resolver dudas, garantizando la aplicación de los criterios de calidad establecidos.
- Participa en las acciones orientadas a la mejora continua, colaborando en los equipos de trabajo para la resolución de problemas para la optimización de procesos y reducción de costos
- Es responsable de inspeccionar producto y monitorear procesos en las diferentes etapas de producción para garantizar que los productos cumplan con las especificaciones y criterios de calidad.
- Da soporte en la ejecución de pruebas especiales y proyectos, verificando el cumplimiento de los requerimientos establecidos en los protocolos de pruebas y procedimientos vigentes para asegurar que los procesos sean capaces de producir producto de acuerdo a las especificaciones.
- Experiencia de 6 meses a 1 año en el área de Calidad.
