Showroom Samples Assistant


We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a
Showroom Samples Assistant for an exciting temporary opportunity with a prestigious luxury fashion brand.


  • London
  • Fully Office based
- £13.1- 2 month contract

  • 40 hours per week
  • Mon-Sun (shift pattern with 2 days off per week)

Overall Purpose:

As a Showroom Samples Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the goods receipt of seasonal collections, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment of daily sample requests, and assisting with maintaining the Launchmetrics system for efficient sample management.

You will collaborate closely with the wider samples team to facilitate the smooth operation of our showroom and support key stakeholders with their sample requirements.


Key Responsibilities:


  • As Showroom Samples Assistant, you will assist in goods receipt processes for new seasonal collections.
  • Maintain precise tracking of showroom samples.
  • Collaborate with trade compliance and logistics teams for market shipments.
  • Manage the lifecycle of samples according to seasonal schedules.
  • Handle ad hoc sample requests and assist with largescale handovers for digital campaigns.
  • Maintain Launchmetrics system integrity and support with reporting on sample loans.
  • A global perspective and ability to work with diverse cultures.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Passion for luxury products and the fashion industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Exceptional team player with professional conduct and presentation.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:


  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Familiarity with Launchmetrics, SAP, or PLM systems is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in luxury fashion or sample management is desirable.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
