- Engage in a wide spectrum of matters, including rural property sales and purchases, farm and land refinancing, farm business tenancies, agricultural holdings act tenancies, and easements over land.
- Actively participate in business development efforts to expand your network of referrals and contribute to enhancing your own, the team's, and the firm's reputation.
- Collaborate with the Team's rural property partner on various rural property affairs.
- A proven background in property transactions, specifically in the sale and purchase of rural and agricultural property.
- Independence as a qualified solicitor or experienced fee earner with a solid grasp of agricultural/rural property law.
- Strong multitasking abilities to manage client demands and caseloads while handling non-casework responsibilities.
- Strict adherence to file and case management policies, procedures, and compliance.
- Precise recording of billable and non-billable time.
- Team-oriented mindset, promoting collaboration with fellow fee earners and support staff.
- A track record of delivering top-tier legal advice and achieving favourable outcomes for clients.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, fostering trust and rapport with clients.
- Proficiency in independent caseload management, with a willingness to collaborate with colleagues when needed.
- Up-to-date knowledge and expertise in the relevant practice area, staying current with legislation and case law.
