    Description

    We have an exciting vacancy for a Team Manager for our Targeted Prevention and Gypsy and Traveller support service.

    The post holder will co-ordinate, manage and oversee the work of a dedicated staff team providing floating support to council tenants with complex needs who are at risk of homelessness, or those who have lost their accommodation and require intensive support to sustain a tenancy.

    The post holder will also be responsible for overseeing support and site management of our Gypsy Traveller sites.

    We are looking for an enthusiastic and positive individual who is customer focused and committed to delivering an excellent and effective service. You will be part of an experienced and supportive management team. If you are a great communicator, can build strong relationships with a wide range of people to get things done, are committed to continually improving and customer-focused service delivery, then this is a great opportunity for you.
