  • Head of Marketing for an American Fortune 200, which manufactures quality branded consumable products used in the Industrial, Consumer, Mining, and Construction markets; which involved leading the New Product Development function.

Key Achievements:

  • Crafted comprehensive sales and marketing plans for a ground-breaking IoT edge computing remote sensing cloud service, forecasted to generate additional revenue of £550 million over the course of 5 years, across, Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, and Aerospace markets.
  • Executed inbound/outbound marketing initiatives across Europe and Nordic, which delivered uplifted sales of £3.5 million.
  • Secured a £1.5 million budget for the implementation of HubSpot to automate operations across Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Services; this provided visibility into the sales funnel and enhanced overall efficiency and decision-making, with an estimated revenue uplift and savings netting over £10 million over 5 years.
  • Assembled a high-achieving marketing team of 12, which generated impactful content across a diverse array of channels, and drove brand recognition and customer engagement for ITW Europe.

JUL 2019 – DEC 2021                    TRACTIVITY LTD – HEAD OF SALES & MARKETING 

Outline:

  • Head of Sales and Marketing for the UK's leading SaaS stakeholder management and consultation system provider, which helps organisations across the Energy, Pharmaceuticals and Public Sector, create impact through stakeholder engagement.

Key Achievements:

  • Designed a compelling Demand-Based Sales Strategy within the first 90 days of joining the company.
  • Constructed the Marketing and Sales Growth Strategy, and guided the strategy through the COVID-19 pandemic.
  • Integrated HubSpot into Tractivity’s digital content ecosystem, enabling comprehensive campaign and sales tracking.
  • Established an in-house sales function, along with a transparent BANT qualification process.

  • Director of Marketing and Business Development for a consultancy business, which supports US and UK technology and healthcare organisations to enter new overseas markets.

  • Established a pipeline growth of $2.5 million, an uplift of 1472%, and web traffic increase of 823% from the UK and European markets for Kiana.
  • Delivered sales uplift of 167%, and web traffic growth of 780% for CloudZone, securing G-Cloud national framework status.

JAN 2009 – MAY 2015                  CAMBRIDGE SILICON RADIO PLC – GLOBAL DIRECTOR OF MARKETING DEVELOPMENT 

Outline:

  • Global Director of Marketing Development for a multinational fabless semiconductor company, which specialised in connectivity, audio, imaging, and location chips products, and was listed on the LSE, and was a constituent of FTSE 250.

Key Achievements:

  • Catapulted global trade press awareness by 1193% for CSR and 13300% for AptX, whilst also boosting the global audio manufacturing base by 680% for CSR and 514% for AptX. 
  • Played a pivotal role as part of the executive team that generated $121.9 million in sales growth for 2012-2013. 
  • Influenced marketing team growth, which contributed to the sale of the company to Qualcomm for $2.4 billion in 2015.
