Description

My client is looking for a Mechanical Project Manager. A well-established mechanical building services contractor turning over in excess of £40M. They are looking for someone with experience on delivering high-end residential projects for projects generally in the London area.

Mechanical Project Manager Position Remuneration
~£70,000 - £80,000 DOE or daily rate
~ Company Vehicle / Fuel Expenses

Mechanical Project Manager Position Overview

You will be responsible for the management of the full project life cycle from pre-con, through delivery, to project completion.

Ensuring projects are delivered within agreed limits for time, cost and quality.

The majority of projects are based in and around the M25 and from time to time you may also be required to travel further afield to cover projects across the home counties.

Responsible for the planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure of projects
Manage day-to-day project tasks
Lead project meetings with clients, suppliers, and 3rd parties
Communicate regular project updates internally and to clients
Negotiate both internally and externally to resolve project risks and issues
Manage project scope and change control
Produce and maintain project initiation and management documents
Carry out full handover to client on project completion.

Mechanical Project Manager Position Requirements
~ SMSTS and CSCS Card
~ Considerable knowledge and experience of the full project life cycle and project management
~ Previous Experience working on a variety of government or high end residential Mechanical projects
~
