Description

Deltra are working with a leading Utilities company who are looking to onboard Programme managers with strong demonstrable experience to join their Digital Transformation team working on a number of key initiatives for both internal and external customers.

What you'll be doing:

Strong Stakeholder management keeping them well informed and aligned to the progress
Define, document, and deliver the programme vision
Manage governance standards
Develop and manage programme plans
Reporting as required by the PMO and Client
Manage and approve signoff deliverables
Manage the budgetary requirements of the programme within approved margins and tolerance levels

What you'll need:

Significant experience in managing large complex business change programmes with IT components
Proven record of identifying and delivering on goals/objectives
Strong mentoring/coaching skills with the ability to motivate others
Strong strategic leadership
Budget control and management
Experience in line and team management
